Executive Summary

It is proposed that as Governments and Municipalities remove restrictions and COVID-19 vaccines are more widely  available across the working population in the US, we have the basis for the resumption of many regular activities to drive our business. The following are the assumptions and guidelines proposed for the GraceKennedy Foods (USA) LLC Team.

Effective July 14th, 2021 we move to Phase 2 of our COVID-19 protocol detailed as follows:

Assumptions:

  1. Schools across the US open for in-class instructions by end September 2021
  2. Day Care Options are available
  3. Covid-19 vaccines are widely available

All Persons who’s pre-Covid-19 functions required them to be in office are expected to return to the GK  USA Facility assigned by October 1st, 2021, unless otherwise agreed in writing with their Department  Head and GraceKennedy Foods (USA) Human Resources Department:

  1. Persons with underlying medical conditions who have received approval to remain at home.
  2. Persons who have applied for and have been approved for flexible work hours under the GraceKennedy Foods,  Flexible Work Arrangement Policy must be guided by the terms of the agreement.

Physical Workspace

  1. Persons who return to office should work no less than 6ft away from other persons in office, regardless of how  pre-COVID 19 workstations were assigned.
  2. Using back-to-back or side-to-side working (rather than face-to-face) whenever possible
  3. Use staggered/alternating positioning at workstations wherever possible.
  4. Where possible, using screens or barriers to separate people from each other.
